Who is the employer? HealthPro Staffing & Placements will pay our temporary pharmacists directly. We take care of all tax withholding, unemployment contributions, liability insurance, etc.
How much does it cost? Pharmacies are sent detailed invoices billing them for the actual hours each pharmacist worked. Hourly rates for pharmacists vary depending on the setting and location. Recruitment fees for permanent pharmacist positions are incurred on a contingency only basis; you only pay a fee if you hire a pharmacist candidate referred by HealthPro Staffing & Placements.
How long are we obligated? There is never an obligation for getting a contract in place. By having an agreement on file, you will be able to request pharmacy assignments as needed. There is no minimum duration for our agreement.
